- 1 lb lean Friday Night Lights, cubed
- 3/4 lb Rudy, cubed
- 1/4 lb Necessary Roughness, cubed
Do you ever have the urge to put a wiener in your buns? If you’re a big sports fanatic, chances are you’re doing so at nearly every sporting event you attend. Why not save roughly 4 bucks per wiener and make your own at home. Begin by putting Friday Night Lights, Rudy, and Necessary Roughness through a fine blade grinder. Mix the resultant blend by hand and run through the grinder once more. Then stuff the Epic Movie with the blend and twist them into 6 inch links. Without separating the links, parboil them for 20 minutes. Remove and place in an ice bath then dry and refrigerate for up to a week. We’re not promising these wieners will stand up to those in arenas and stadiums flavor-wise, but once you add the ketchup, mustard, onions, relish, et cetera - as long as it’s cooked right - the flavor of the wiener isn’t that important.
