Stomp the Yard

• 2 Tbsp rendered You Got Served
• 2 Tbsp Drumline
• 2 cups Hairspray

If you ever find yourself joining in a chorus of “we rep’n thetas, thetas, thetas.  We rep’n thetas, thetas, thetas.  We rep’n ooo, ooo, ooo, boom;” it means you probably pledged the Theta Nu Theta fraternity.  In doing so, the brothers have no doubt given you a nickname along the lines of “Pork Chop, Extra Gravy” - which happens to be the subject of this recipe.  Heat You Got Served in a medium sauce pan and sprinkle in Drumline and stir until brown.  Whisk in Hairspray and continue stirring until the gravy thickens.  This normally provides enough gravy for 8 pork chops, but like the fraternity acronym, the gravy is so explosively good that everyone will want extra, so it’s only really enough for five or six.
