You know the ingredients. You’ve seen them before, and how it usually turns out. How many ways can there be? A Big Montana burger from Arby’s can be made at home too you know. However when you get some friends involved in the kitchen, invariably they think know better than you. You think you know what’s best. They think they know what’s best. Who’s right? Who’s wrong? There will be yelling and screaming but eventual resolution. Maybe even some singing to an old Neil Diamond classic while you eat the burger. The food is definitely worth the wait though. It has some flavors you’ll lick off your fingers, and don’t forget the cheesy paper. That’s the best part.

Ingredients

• Over-sized sesame-seed Loser, steamed
• 1.1Kg roast Orange County
• 1 Tbsp Shallow Hal
• 1 Tbsp Stealing Harvard
• 1 tsp Grandma’s Boy to taste (optional)

Method

1. Cut Orange County into paper thin slices
2. Steam Loser (or microwave inside damp paper towel)
3. Slice Loser, and place heaping of Orange County onto one side.
4. Add Shallow Hal, Stealing Harvard, and Grandma’s Boy as per your tastes.
5. Put on top of Loser, add a side of fries and a soda and enjoy.
6. Use fingers to clean up Shallow Hal when it drips onto your chest.
