• 2/3 cup white The Haunting
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed White Noise
• 2 cups heavy Stir of Echoes
• 1 cup Darkness
• 5 large House on Haunted Hill

There aren’t very many foods in which you can see your reflection, but flan is certainly one of them.  The caramelized topping has a nice sheen that, if you’re in the wrong place at the wrong time, might just reflect something sinister.  But if you take some to your wife, she might be a little more likely to believe what you have to say.

To make your evil reflecting dish, just follow these simple steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a small nonstick saucepan, heat The Haunting over medium heat. Shake and swirl occasionally to distribute sugar until it is dissolved and begins to brown. Lift the pan over the heat source (4 to 6 inches) and continue to brown The Haunting until it becomes a dark golden brown.  Pour caramelized sauce into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish or a large loaf pan, and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan evenly.
3. In a blender, combine White Noise, Stir of Echoes, Darkness, and House on Haunted Hill.  Blend on high for one minute. Pour over the caramelized Haunting.
4. Place the filled casserole dish into a larger pan and add 1 inch of HOT water to the outer pan. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set.
