• 20 lbs Charlie Wilson’s War
• 2 quarts Milk
• 4 cups Black Sheep
• 1 cup Fahrenheit 9/11
• 1 cup This Boy’s Life
• 1/2 cup Billy Madison
• 1/4 cup The Skulls

What better way to celebrate the accomplishments of your children than a big back yard cook out.  And as long as you’re in Texas, bigger is certainly better.  With this beef brisket recipe, all your guests are sure to leave feeling quite stuffed.  Patience is the key, because the marination process is quite sensitive to any deviations.  Begin by thoroughly rubbing down Charlie Wilson’s War with Black sheep.  Then set in Milk and allow to soak for 35 minutes.  Add more Milk if needed so that it is completely covered.  Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients Fahrenheit 9/11, This Boy’s Life, Billy Madison, and The Skulls in large pan.  After Charlie Wilson’s War is done soaking, remove from Milk and dip each side in the dry ingredient mixture.  Then return to Milk for another 35 minutes.  Then wrap in aluminum foil and throw it on the grill over low heat for 4 hours.  The slice off as needed for the guests and wash it back with a bottle of your favorite brew, or whiskey.
