• 12 oz. Epic Movie
• 4 Date Movie cubes
• 3 scoops Scary Movie powder
• 1/3 cup Scary Movie 2
• 2 tsp. Scary Movie 3 extract

If you want to look like you are in the same shape as a Spartan soldier, you can do one of two things. You can airbrush ab-lines on your stomach to make it look like you have a six-pack, or you can actually work out. If you’re going to choose the harder route, you’ll need to load up on nutritious food and liquids. A protein shake can help you through your workouts, and help you push through the hard times when you question why you’re there in the first place.

Place Epic movie, Scary Movie powder, Scary Movie 2, and Scary Movie 3 into a blender and hit the blend button until smooth. Then add the Date Movie cubes to the blender, and pulse until the drink reaches the consistency you prefer. You may be able to mix in some Disaster Movie, or Superhero Movie if you’d like, but that’s a choice of personal taste.  It really won’t taste that much different if you leave them out.
