Movie Recipes

This is the actual recipe inspired by Slumdog Millionaire for our series of 2009 Oscar party dishes.

• 1 pineapple
• 1 cantaloupe
• 1 honeydew melon
• Whipped cream (canned, Cool Whip, or homemade)
• brown sugar
• toothpicks

Peel and cut each fruit into 1 inch cubes.  Stick a tooth pick into the middle of a piece of pineapple.  Then stick on a piece of the cantaloupe, followed by the honeydew.  You’ll have a nice little fruit high-rise.  Top the tower with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Makes approximately 25 fruit-towers.
