We discovered yesterday that Zack and Miri Make A Porno is sharing a theater with Igor, so we will be able to see 14 movies!
Also, as a fun fact, here is the house that was used in Nights in Rodanthe if you want to go see it. It’s actually called Serendipity, and they only used the outside of the house for the movie. The inside shots were in a house in Wilmington somewhere.

It’s that time again (just a week late) for the second annual Movie Recipe’s Picture Pandemonium. Once again we’ll be holding the event at the Carmike Blue Ridge 14 Cinema in Raleigh, NC. If you’re in the area and want to watch some films with us, come on out! If you’re not familiar with the Picture Pandemonium, let me explain. Every year we go see all 14 movies at the $1.50 theater in 6 days or less. This year we only have 13 movies because High School Musical 3 is in two theaters, but that’s alright. We have an unprecedented schedule planned for the weekend. 12 movies in 3 days. You can’t handle the intensity of that. The schedule we’ll be following is below. So if you’re in the area, come to any or all of them!
Friday, January 2nd, 2009
———————————————–
1:00 – High School Musical 3
3:15 – Quarantine

Here at Movie Recipes we’ve been lucky enough to add yet another sous chef to our team. We want to give a big welcome to Sous Chef Jen who hails from Canada. Maybe we can have an all Canadian recipes week or something. Do they even have their own recipes in Canada? Moose burgers or something I suppose… Anyway, welcome Jen!
